How quickly can we get started?
Most schools are fully set up within 48 hours. We handle the migration, import your student data via CSV, and configure your portal. You can be live before the end of the week.
Is our school data safe and private?
Absolutely. Every school is isolated with PostgreSQL Row Level Security. One school can never see another school's data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on enterprise-grade Supabase infrastructure.
What payment methods do parents use?
Parents can pay via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) directly in the portal, via bank transfer to the school's Vanuatu bank account (BSP, ANZ, Bred, NBV, Westpac), or cash recorded by the finance officer.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. Connect your school's own domain (e.g. yourschool.edu.vu) alongside your default vanuedu.com subdomain.
Is the AI Tutor safe for students?
Yes. The AI Tutor uses Claude by Anthropic, scoped to educational content only. Teachers can view all student-AI interactions. The system restricts responses to the student's subject and grade level.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fees and no lock-in contracts. Pay monthly and cancel any time. We assist with data migration and initial setup at no extra cost.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. VanuEdu Pro is mobile-first. It works beautifully on any phone, tablet, or computer. Parents and teachers can do everything from their phone browser.
What happens if we exceed our student limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. Upgrade your plan at any time — we never delete student data.
